About the Role
Roarr Media is looking for a HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities and support the hiring process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to identify and attract suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with the management team.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer, joining, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Meet recruitment targets and timelines.
- Support basic HR activities when required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented.
