- Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end development of web applications using ReactJS for frontend and Node
- js for backend services
- Define technical architecture design patterns and coding standards to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
- Drive requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications and delivery plans
- Build and review reusable UI components state management approaches and frontend performance optimizations
- Design and implement backend APIs and service layers with strong focus on reliability security and performance
- Conduct code reviews enforce quality gates and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot complex production issues perform root cause analysis and implement preventive improvements
- Mentor and guide team members supporting technical growth and ensuring consistent delivery outcomes
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders and communicate progress risks and technical decisions clearly
- Minimum Qualifications
- 9 years of overall experience in software development with strong hands on expertise in ReactJS and Node
- js
- Proven experience delivering production grade applications and services with strong engineering discipline
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend fundamentals including component based UI development and API design
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non technical stakeholders
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading technical teams owning modules end to end and driving delivery across multiple workstreams
- Strong knowledge of modern React patterns hooks component design performance tuning and scalable Node
- js service development
- Experience with system design integration strategies and designing APIs for extensibility and maintainability
- Demonstrated ability to influence best practices through documentation code reviews and mentoring
- Experience collaborating with product and design teams to deliver user centric solutions with clear acceptance criteria
