Role Overview:
We are looking for skilled and motivated Service Technicians and Senior Service Technicians to join our service team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing Ola Electric scooters while ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Handle troubleshooting of battery, motor, controller, wiring harness, sensors, and vehicle software
- Carry out part replacements, field repairs, and advanced diagnostics
- Maintain service records and update job cards accurately
- Ensure workshop safety compliance and proper service processes
- Coordinate with service advisors, supervisors, and technical teams
- Provide timely customer support and issue resolution
- Senior-level candidates will mentor junior technicians and handle escalated technical issues
Required Skills:
- Experience in EV service is preferred
- Candidates with ICE automobile service experience can also apply
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with workshop tools and automotive diagnostics
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills for senior-level roles
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
