Job Title: Mobiliser
Role Summary:
The Mobiliser will be responsible for identifying, counseling, and enrolling youth into skill development and livelihood programs. The role involves community outreach, stakeholder engagement, and achieving mobilisation targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct community outreach activities to identify eligible youth.
- Mobilize and enroll candidates into skill development programs.
- Conduct awareness sessions in communities, colleges, schools, and villages.
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, community leaders, and government officials.
- Counsel youth and parents about training and employment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate mobilisation records, attendance, and reports.
- Support batch formation and ensure achievement of enrolment targets.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and ensure regular participation.
- Coordinate with the Centre Manager and training team for smooth program implementation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally for field mobilisation activities.
- Experience in community mobilisation, sales, marketing, or social sector programs is an advantage.
