Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content for our social media, marketing campaigns, in-salon promotions, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Create engaging social media posts, stories, reels, advertisements, and campaign creatives.
* Design promotional materials such as posters, brochures, flyers, standees, service menus, and offers.
* Develop creative concepts for festive campaigns, new launches, events, and promotional activities.
* Maintain consistency with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
* Edit and enhance images and other creative assets.
* Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, HR, and Management teams to understand design requirements.
* Manage multiple projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.
* Stay updated with the latest graphic design, beauty, fashion, and social media trends.
* Coordinate with printing vendors and other external agencies when required.
* Review creative work and maintain a high standard of design quality.
* Guide junior designers and support the overall creative team when required.
Requirements
* 3–5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer/Senior Graphic Designer.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
* Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour, composition, and layouts.
* Experience creating content specifically for Instagram and other digital platforms.
* Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
* A strong portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
* Experience in salon, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or retail will be an added advantage.
* Basic knowledge of video editing/motion graphics will be a plus.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
