ABOUT THIS ROLE
This role will be responsible for (we are seeking highly professional for our daily Ops task e.g. Rates updates, locations and new partner onboard & will take care of BD mapping, as well as API support to the new & existing partner].
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
API Integration & Maintenance

Assist in integrating APIs between internal systems and external partners.

Ensure smooth data exchange and connectivity across platforms.

Monitor API performance and troubleshoot integration issues promptly.
Technical Support

Provide first-level support for API-related queries from internal teams and external partners.

Investigate and resolve API errors, connectivity issues, and data mismatches.

Escalate complex technical issues to the development team when necessary.
Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate documentation for API configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting steps.

Ensure compliance with company security standards and regulatory requirements during integrations.
Testing & Quality Assurance

Conduct functional and regression testing for new API integrations and updates.

Validate data accuracy and system behaviour after integration changes.
Collaboration:

Work closely with developers, product teams, and external vendors to implement integration solutions.

Coordinate with operations and business teams to understand requirements and provide technical support.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in API integration, technical support, or related roles.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML data formats.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or PHP).

Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).

Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Good Excel Knowledge.
Additional Advantage:
- Experience with payment gateways or financial integrations.
