About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of industry experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in user-centered design, modern interface design, UX strategy, and team collaboration. A very strong portfolio showcasing real-world web and mobile projects is mandatory for this role.
The candidate will also play a key role in guiding and managing the design team while ensuring high-quality output across projects.
Key responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and scalable design systems
- Lead and manage the design team while ensuring project quality and timely delivery
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability improvements
- Maintain consistency across products through strong UI/UX standards and guidelines
- Present and justify design decisions confidently to clients and internal teams
- Handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Very strong portfolio showcasing high-quality web and mobile UI/UX projects
- Proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design systems
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design
- Excellent visual design skills including typography, color theory, spacing, and layout
- Experience managing or guiding a design team is preferred
- Ability to create developer-friendly design handoffs and workflows
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Preffered Skills
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend workflows is an advantage
- Experience working with startups or agile teams is preferred
- Familiarity with branding and visual identity design is a plus
- Knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows/tools is an added advantage

Pay: From ₹27,000.00 per month
