We're looking for a skilled Barista to join our premium cafe team! You'll craft specialty coffees, create beautiful drinks, and provide top-notch customer service. Think latte art, great vibes, and making customers happy.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) Cold drinks, Frappes etc.
- Maintain cafe cleanliness, equipment, and stock levels
- Provide exceptional customer service (recommendations, engagement)
- Work efficiently during peak hours and manage cash transactions
- Collaborate with team for smooth service and events
- Upsell and promote cafe offerings
Must-haves:
- 1+ year barista experience (premium cafe preferred)
- Knowledge of coffee brewing, milk texturing, and latte art
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
- Able to work shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends)
Nice-to-haves:
- Specialty coffee certifications (SCA, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of food pairing with coffee
