School Event Coordinator
Job Summary
The School Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all school events and activities in a smooth and professional manner. The role includes coordination with staff, students, vendors, parents, and management to ensure successful implementation of academic, cultural, sports, and special events.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate school events, functions, competitions, celebrations, and assemblies.
- Prepare event schedules, duty charts, and activity plans.
- Coordinate with teachers, vendors, transport, housekeeping, and technical teams for event arrangements.
- Manage stage setup, decorations, sound systems, seating arrangements, and event materials.
- Ensure timely communication regarding event requirements and responsibilities.
- Maintain event budgets and monitor expenses as per management approval .Required Skills

Working Conditions
- Availability during school functions, weekends, and special events when required

Salary Range 20000 To 25000 Timing Is: 12:00pm To 8:00pm
