- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams

- Must have a knowledge of Customer Support
- Rotational shifts
- Rotation week offs
- 6 days working
- 9 hours Shift

Pay: ₹11,429.58 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
