We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Associate with 1+ year of experience and strong communication skills to drive inside sales, generate quality leads, and achieve business targets at Elysium Technologies Private Limited, Madurai.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to identify and convert potential clients
- Generate quality leads through cold calling, email outreach, and WhatsApp follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and services
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the sales and enrollment process
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Required Skills
- B.E / B.Tech / Any PG / MBA or related field
- 1+ year of experience in Business Development/International Voice process / Inside Sales / BDE / Academic Counselling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
