We are looking for passionate and energetic Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate sales through inbound and outbound customer enquiries.
- Promote Domestic and International holiday packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for seamless customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and travel exhibitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Banking, Insurance, or Customer Service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in travel sales.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Social media and digital marketing knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
