We are looking for a skilled and experienced Laptop Technician to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate should have hands-on experience in laptop hardware, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
Role overview
- Diagnose and repair laptop hardware and software issues.
- Install , troubleshoot and repair laptop at customer locations.
- Ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain service reports and complete assigned task within the given timeline.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in laptop/computer repair preferred.
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Two wheeler mandatory.
- Willingness to travel with in coimbatore for service related work.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
