We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer having expertise in High Rise Building Projects with Mivan Shuttering construction methodology. Candidate should have hands-on experience in execution, planning, coordination and monitoring of MEP activities at site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution and supervision of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Fire Fighting systems.
- Coordination with Civil, Structural and Architectural teams.
- MEP layout checking as per approved drawings.
- Installation and execution of HT/LT systems, electrical panels, conduiting, cable trays and lighting systems.
- Plumbing and drainage line execution.
- HVAC installation and coordination.
- Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm system execution.
- Material planning and quantity estimation.
- Vendor and contractor coordination.
- Monitoring quality and safety standards at site.
- Billing verification and work measurement.
- Site progress monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure project execution as per drawings and timelines.
- Coordination for MEP services in High Rise Residential / Commercial Buildings using Mivan Shuttering methodology.
Required Skills:
- High Rise Building Project Experience Mandatory
- Mivan Shuttering Project Experience Mandatory
- AutoCAD Knowledge Preferred
- BOQ Understanding
- Drawing Reading Capability
- Team Handling and Site Coordination
- Good communication and reporting skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per month
