CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
About the Role
Our client is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for closures.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM database.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
Skills Required

✔ Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- 0.6 – 1 Year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
