Job Summary
To oversee and grow our General Trade (GT) operations in the Panipat–Panchkula belt, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager. The candidate will be in charge of boosting revenue growth, fortifying networks of distributors and retailers, and guaranteeing robust market penetration throughout the region's major towns and cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand customer base
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to increase sales volume
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and brand promotion in the market
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for smooth operations
- Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions and competitor activities
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients
Key Skills Required
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good understanding of FMCG/Spirits industry (preferred)
- Ability to analyze data and market trends
- Leadership and team management skills
- Result-oriented with a proactive approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
