Sr Executive (Supply Chain Management)
Location: Delhi
Job Description
1) Review and update Supply Chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
2) Manages Warehousing Distribution function to ensure availability of products to fulfil customer orders in a timely manner from warehouse in accordance with Good Distribution Practices.
3) Coordinating eWay Bill preparation & assign to transporter
4) Material Dispatch & Management
5) Review the material and production lead time on a scheduled basis together with Sourcing, Production and Quality Control
6) Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders and transporters.
7) Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
8) Collaborate with other departments, for organizational efficiencies.
9) Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.
10) Design or implement Supply Chain that support environmental policies.
11) Involve in forecasting and analyse inventories to determine how to increase inventory turn around.
12) Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
13) Develop procedures for coordination of Supply Chain Management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.
14) Identify the problem areas and working on its solutions.
15) Extremely attentive to the SOS issues of the company.
16) Special communications with Principals
Qualification & Other Pre-Requisites
- MBA/ PGDBM in Supply Chain Management/ Operations/ International Business
- In depth knowledge of LC Transaction
- In depth knowledge of import & export supplies
- Billing, booking, order processing in SAP B1
- Good English communication
- Extremely positive and Problem-Solving Attitude
- Appetite to Learn
- A very high level of intelligence
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Work Experience: 5-6 years
Location Preference
The Candidate should be residing in Dwarka, Uttam Nagar, Janakpuri, Rajouri Garden, Subash Nagar, Gurgaon (other location would be entertained only if the candidate has a personal vehicle & knows how to drive.)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
