Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled OT & AT Technician to join our hospital team. The candidate will support surgical and anesthesia procedures by preparing the operation theatre, maintaining sterile conditions, and assisting surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare OT before surgical procedures
- Arrange and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff during procedures
- Operate and maintain OT and anesthesia equipment
- Monitor OT inventory and consumables
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols
- Assist in patient shifting and post-procedure support
- Maintain OT documentation and records
Eligibility:
- Diploma / B.Sc. in OT & AT / Operation Theatre Technology / Relevant Qualification
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
