Job Description
Shivaay is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager who can manage and lead both our Digital Marketing Team and IT/App Development Team. The ideal candidate should be capable of analyzing team efficiency, improving productivity, ensuring smooth project delivery, and completing projects on time.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership qualities, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to coordinate between multiple teams. Knowledge of coding or app development technologies such as Node.js, Flutter, or React will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee both the Digital Marketing and IT/App Development teams.
Analyze team performance, efficiency, and productivity.
Create strategies to improve workflow, delivery timelines, and overall team output.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time with proper quality standards.
Coordinate with team leads, developers, marketers, designers, and management.
Track daily tasks, project progress, deadlines, and team performance.
Identify gaps in execution and implement better processes for smooth operations.
Improve team accountability, reporting, and communication.
Support management in planning, decision-making, and project execution.
Handle multiple projects and ensure proper coordination between departments.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in team management, project management, operations, digital marketing, IT, or app development.
Strong understanding of team productivity, workflow management, and project delivery.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Good understanding of digital marketing and IT/app development processes.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle pressure.
Must be organized, responsible, and result-oriented.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Node.js, Flutter, or React will be preferred.
Experience in managing app development or software development projects.
Understanding of digital marketing campaigns, performance tracking, and team coordination.
Experience with project management tools and reporting systems.
Strong analytical mindset to improve efficiency and productivity.
Compensation
₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be a skilled leader who can bring structure, discipline, and productivity to both teams. They should be able to communicate clearly, manage deadlines, improve efficiency, and ensure timely project delivery.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
