Job Title: FFS Machine Operator (Instant Popcorn)
Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Operate FFS (Form Fill Seal) Machine for Instant Popcorn packaging.
Set up and adjust machine parameters as per production requirements.
Ensure smooth machine operation with minimum downtime.
Monitor packaging quality, sealing, weight, and output.
Perform basic machine troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
Follow production schedules and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and safety around the machine and work area.
Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for uninterrupted operations.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating FFS machines.
Experience in Instant Popcorn packaging or similar food packaging products is preferred.
Good knowledge of machine settings, sealing, filling, and packaging processes.
Ability to identify and resolve basic machine issues independently.
Understanding of GMP, hygiene, and safety standards in food manufacturing.
Preferred Industry:
Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Snack Foods, Instant Food, Packaging Industry.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
