- Process and submit vehicle warranty claims accurately and within Honda's prescribed timelines.
- Verify warranty eligibility and ensure all required documents are complete before claim submission.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Honda representatives regarding warranty-related matters.
- Monitor the status of warranty claims and follow up for approvals, rejections, and settlements.
- Maintain warranty records, job cards, and supporting documentation for audit purposes.
- Ensure compliance with Honda warranty policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Support the Service team in technical documentation and warranty administration.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
