About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Travel & Visa Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and prior experience in the travel, visa, or immigration industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to travel packages, tourist visas, study visas, and immigration services.
- Counsel clients and understand their travel or visa requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Keep customer records updated in the system.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, travel, visa, or immigration consultancy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong sales aptitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM systems, etc.).
- Experience in the travel, visa, or immigration industry is mandatory.
