The responsibilities of an Administrative (Admin) Executive/Officer typically include:
- Managing office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintaining office records, files, and documents.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, couriers).
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Assisting with employee onboarding and maintaining HR record.
- Handling petty cash and processing bills or invoices (if assigned).
- Ensuring office facilities and equipment are well maintained.
- Answering phone calls and greeting visitors professionally.
- Supporting management with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintaining confidentiality of company information.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
