Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead hotel sales operations and drive revenue growth across our hotel branches in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate sales, travel agent tie-ups, room sales, and client relationship management within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate room revenue through corporate clients, travel agents, and business partnerships
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with companies, travel agencies, and online travel platforms
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and front office teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and client meetings
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in hotel or hospitality sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of OTA platforms and corporate hotel sales
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
