Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with a proven track record in high-rise residential building projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent planning, scheduling, monitoring, and project coordination skills, ensuring timely and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and manage project schedules.
· Develop baseline, recovery, and look-ahead schedules.
· Monitor project progress and analyze schedule variances.
· Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and Contractors.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
· Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective measures.
· Monitor resource utilization and project productivity.
· Ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
Candidate Requirements
· B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
· 10–12 years of relevant experience in construction planning.
· Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building Projects.
· Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel.
· Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
