Fenman Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our Amazon seller account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day marketplace operations, managing orders, optimizing product listings, running Amazon PPC campaigns, monitoring inventory, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Amazon Seller Central account.
- Process and monitor customer orders from order placement to successful delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to improve sales and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to maximize conversions while controlling advertising costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
- Track product performance, sales trends, and competitor activities.
- Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, and account health issues in accordance with Amazon policies.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, advertising reports, and business performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon marketplace policies and maintain account health.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, warehouse, and customer support, to improve overall marketplace performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaign management and optimization.
- Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace operations, listings, and account management.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon FBA and FBM operations.
- Knowledge of keyword research and product listing optimization.
- Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content.
- Experience using marketplace management tools is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
