JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns, including traffic, engagement, leads, and ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
2. SEO & Website Optimization
- Perform technical and on-page SEO audits using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with content writers for keyword-rich blog content and landing pages.
3. Paid Advertising (PPC/Display/Social)
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and test ad creatives and copy for performance improvement.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
4. Social Media Marketing
- Develop content calendars and manage posting on platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and TikTok.
- Engage with audiences and respond to comments/messages to build community.
- Launch social media ad campaigns and optimize for engagement or conversions.
5. Email & CRM Marketing
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.
- Segment mailing lists based on user behavior, demographics, and preferences.
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, and conversions.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics (preferably GA4), Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and CRM dashboards for data tracking.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present actionable insights.
- Use heatmaps, A/B testing, and funnel analysis for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
