Position: Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries.
Build and maintain relationships with workshops, tuners, and automotive clients.
Explain products, tuning tools, and services professionally to customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain proper sales communication.
Coordinate with technical and accounts teams during sales processes.
Generate quotations, invoices, and sales-related documentation.
Maintain CRM updates and client follow-up records.
Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
Requirements Passion for automobiles and automotive culture.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes.
Ability to build customer relationships.
Willingness to learn automotive tuning products and solutions.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
