Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer who can handle both UI/UX and graphic design for internal and client projects. You will work on global projects including websites, apps, and marketing creatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
- Design websites, landing pages, and mobile app interfaces
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Build interactive prototypes using Figma
- Apply strong UX thinking to improve usability and conversions
Graphic Design
- Create social media creatives and ad designs
- Design branding materials (logos, banners, marketing assets)
- Ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms
Project Execution
- Handle both internal and international client projects
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Take feedback positively and iterate quickly
Tools & Skills Required
- Figma (Design & Prototyping)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
Performance Expectations
Within 2 months, you should be able to:
- Handle projects independently
- Manage multiple client requirements
- Deliver high-quality designs with minimal supervision
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience (preferably in agencies)
- Strong portfolio including:
- Website/UI designs
- Social media creatives
- UX case studies or prototypes
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Basic communication skills (client handling is a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience with international clients
- Knowledge of e-commerce/startup projects
