Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who can help drive user acquisition, lead generation, brand visibility, and campaign execution across our software products and client projects.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, analytical, fast-moving, and comfortable using modern digital tools to test ideas, create campaigns, and improve results quickly.
The person should be able to think beyond traditional marketing and actively experiment with new channels, content formats, outreach methods, automation tools, and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for SaaS products (Interview Screener, Spectosoft etc.),websites, and client projects.
- Research target customers, competitors, buyer personas, and industry trends.
- Create and manage content ideas for LinkedIn, email campaigns, landing pages, ads, blogs, and social platforms.
- Support lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, communities, directories, partnerships, and other channels.
- Work with design and development teams to improve landing pages, conversion flows, and marketing funnels.
- Track campaign performance and report on leads, conversions, engagement, traffic, and other growth metrics.
- Test different messaging, offers, headlines, audiences, and channels to improve results.
- Use marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and productivity tools to speed up execution.
- Help create go-to-market plans for new products and features.
- Coordinate with internal teams to turn product updates into marketing campaigns.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or SaaS marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, email outreach, SEO basics, landing pages, and social media campaigns.
- Good writing skills for ads, posts, emails, website copy, and campaign messages.
- Ability to research markets and understand customer pain points.
- Comfortable working with modern marketing tools, automation platforms, analytics tools, and content creation tools.
- Basic understanding of funnels, conversion rates, lead generation, and campaign testing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with design, development, and sales teams.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to move fast and test new ideas.
Preferred Skills
- Experience marketing SaaS products, B2B software, HR tech, recruiting tools, security software, AI tools, or business platforms.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Lemlist, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar tools.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools for research, content drafting, campaign planning, automation, or productivity.
- Basic Canva, Figma, or design coordination experience.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, email deliverability, and cold outreach.
- Ability to create simple campaign reports and explain what is working or not working.

- Improvement in website traffic and conversion rates.
- Campaigns launched per month.
- LinkedIn/email outreach performance.
- Content consistency and quality.
- Speed of execution and ability to test new ideas.
