We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Android App Development Intern to join our mobile app development team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Android applications while working on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Android applications using modern development practices.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces.
- Work with Kotlin and/or Java for Android application development.
- Integrate REST APIs and backend services with Android applications.
- Understand and work with existing Android codebases.
- Debug, test, and resolve application issues and crashes.
- Implement new features and improve existing application functionality.
- Work with databases, local storage, and third-party APIs where required.
- Optimize applications for performance, usability, and different Android devices.
- Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers.
- Follow coding standards, Git/version-control practices, and Android development best practices.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance of Android applications.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Android app development.
- Knowledge of Kotlin and/or Java.
- Familiarity with Android Studio.
- Basic understanding of Android UI components and layouts.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API integration is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub is preferred.
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Freshers and students pursuing B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or related technical courses are welcome to apply.
