*About the Role*
We are building an internal SaaS platform that automates the complete recruitment workflow from job search and applications to candidate submissions and tracking.
We are looking for a *Growth Marketing Executive* who can drive demand generation, build high-performing marketing campaigns, and work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and increase revenue. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering measurable business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Content Marketing.
* Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
* Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for recruiters, staffing agencies, and HR professionals.
* Build and optimize lead generation funnels from awareness to conversion.
* Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns while maintaining target budgets and ROI.
* Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CAC, Conversion Rate, CPL, Pipeline Contribution, and ROI.
* Create and coordinate marketing assets including landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, blogs, and social media content.
* Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
* Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms to nurture and qualify leads.
* Continuously test, measure, and improve campaign performance using data-driven insights.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* 1–4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
* Experience working with SaaS, B2B, or Technology products.
* Proven experience in lead generation and demand generation.
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
* Strong understanding of SEO, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns.
* Strong communication, content writing, and copywriting skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Comfortable working from the Ahmedabad office during night shifts.
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience marketing SaaS or Recruitment/HR Tech products.
* Exposure to US or other international markets.
* Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
