Role Overview
The Videographer will be responsible for shooting and delivering video content for events, ads, social media and branding, and coordinating with the creative team to bring concepts to life. They will handle camera operations, basic lighting and video editing to produce clean, engaging videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute indoor and outdoor video shoots as per project briefs and client requirements.
- Capture high‑quality footage for events, interviews, product videos and social media content.
- Set up and manage basic lighting and audio for shoots to ensure clear visuals and sound.
- Edit raw footage into final videos using software like Premiere Pro/DaVinci/Final Cut (basic cuts, trimming, simple transitions, colour correction).
- Work closely with the creative, design and marketing teams to match the required style, pacing and brand guidelines.
- Organise and backup video files and project folders for future use and easy reference.
- Suggest creative ideas for shots, transitions and short‑form content (reels/shorts) that can improve the brand’s video presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Videographer (showreel, YouTube/Instagram links or drive link required).
- Strong understanding of camera operation, framing, movement and basic lighting.
- Hands‑on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals and basic audio equipment.
- Creative mindset with good sense of pacing, storytelling and social‑media‑friendly visuals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with the production and creative teams.
