Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to oversee the execution of luxury interior design projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, coordinating with teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution, client satisfaction, and seamless integration of the design vision. This role offers an opportunity to work with premium and luxury interior solutions, ensuring every project reflects exquisite craftsmanship and sophisticated design aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site activities related to the installation of luxury interior design elements, including premium wardrobes, modular kitchens, partitions, and bespoke furniture.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure that work progresses according to plan and timeline.
- Monitor project execution to ensure that all work meets high-quality standards and adheres to the design specifications.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the installation phase, providing regular updates and addressing concerns or changes promptly.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines, managing any delays or issues that arise on-site.
- Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in project management, specifically within the interior design or construction industry.
- Proven experience managing high-end residential interior design projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering projects on time.
