A. Core Sourcing knowledge
1. Knowledge and exposure to Indirect categories, cost reduction, sourcing, best practice RFQ’s, negotiation process thereby guiding team to drive best outcomes for Carrier
2. Strong exposure in category analytics, productivity levers, cost estimation, negotiations, and stakeholder management
3. Should have worked directly in analyzing Total Cost of Ownership of products/services
4. Hands on experience in working on spend data to drive actionable insights for spend category
5. Should have experience driving initiatives for indirect categories to enable productivity

Qualifications
1. Bachelors Degree from a premier institute is a must, MBA preferred
2. 12-15 years of supply chain management experience, exposure to CoE environment essential
3. Strong sourcing knowledge
4. Ability to work in a global environment with global stakeholders across multiple countries
5. Strategic thinking- ability to think through and independently define priorities
