Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-aware Social Media Manager to serve as the voice of our travel brand. In today’s hyper-visual and experience-driven market, you will not just post content, you will build a digital community, inspire wanderlust, and convert followers into lifelong travelers. You will be responsible for managing our end-to-end social strategy, from short-form video production to influencer partnerships and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Short-Form Video Mastery: Lead the production of high-impact Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts. You should have a sharp eye for pacing, trending audio, and authentic storytelling.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our audience. Your role is to foster meaningful conversations, answer travel inquiries, and manage our brand reputation in real-time.
- Influencer & Creator Relations: Identify, reach out to, and manage collaborations with travel creators and micro-influencers to broaden our reach through authentic user-generated content (UGC).
- Data & Analytics: Use platform insights and social listening tools to track KPIs (engagement rate, reach, click-through rates, and conversion). Provide monthly reports to optimize future strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve regarding travel industry trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging social platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Content Creation Toolkit: Proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush) and design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance aesthetic, brand-aligned content with data-backed performance marketing.
- Communication: Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for storytelling that is both professional and conversational.
- Travel Passion: A genuine love for travel and a deep understanding of what makes a destination or an experience "shareable."
- Agility: The ability to pivot quickly based on viral trends or real-time travel industry updates.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
