Job Summary
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and internal controls across the hotel portfolio. The role requires close coordination with hotel finance teams and corporate stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and business profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor hotel revenues, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, GST, TDS, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Review and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
- Supervise accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and treasury functions.
- Support business expansion, feasibility studies, and financial decision-making.
- Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and financial reporting.
- Work closely with hotel unit finance teams to drive operational and financial efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- CA / MBA Finance / M.Com / ICWA (preferred).
- 5–10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Prior experience in the Hospitality/Hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, taxation, and audits.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
