Job Summary
PlatinumOne Business Services Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Team Leader to lead a team working on a Real Estate Lead Conversion process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing sales teams in a BPO environment and driving team performance to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Telecalling Associates.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide performance feedback.
- Track key performance indicators and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve team productivity and customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC or Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO sales process.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle performance management and drive consistent results.
Job Details
