Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and post-sales support.
- Maintain customer databases and records.
- Coordinate with sales and project teams.
- Manage customer communications and feedback.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ability to track payment schedules and send reminders.
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of CRM or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
