Job Title: Site HSE
Job Type: Full-Time
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site HSE professional to join our team. As the Site HSE, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement site-specific health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide training and guidance to site staff on HSE best practices
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to HSE activities
Work Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Certified Health and Safety Professional (CHSP) designation preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
