- Own all customer communication across channels — Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and email
- Handle order queries, delays, exchanges, and complaints with warmth and speed
- Coordinate with the operations team on shipment updates and issue resolution
- Maintain a tracker for open cases and resolution TATs
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the founder for product and packaging decisions
- Manage post-purchase touchpoints — follow-ups, reviews, and re-engagement
- Track import shipments and liaise with freight agents or couriers on status updates
- Flag customs-related delays or documentation issues to the relevant team member promptly
