A MICE Manager leads the planning and execution of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions. They act as the bridge between corporate clients and event vendors—driving revenue, negotiating contracts, designing customized travel and event proposals, and overseeing on-site operations to ensure seamless project delivery.
Core Responsibilities

Business Development: Generate leads, acquire new corporate clients, and meet or exceed annual sales and revenue targets.

Proposal Development: Understand client needs to design customized proposals, including venue sourcing, travel logistics, and event budgets.

Vendor Management: Negotiate rates and finalize contracts with airlines, hotels, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and event vendors to maximize profitability.

Project Execution: Oversee end-to-end MICE operations, ensuring event setup, travel arrangements, and client servicing are executed flawlessly.

Client Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure high satisfaction and secure repeat business.

Team Leadership: Train, guide, and motivate junior executives and operational staff.
