Job Title: Product Development In-charge

Job Description:
- Develop new products in line with customer requirements, market trends, and business objectives to enhance the company's product portfolio
- Coordinate closely with buyers, merchandising, production, quality assurance, and sourcing teams to ensure smooth execution of product development activities.
- Manage the complete sample development process and approvals, ensuring timely submission and customer satisfaction.
- Identify, source, and evaluate new fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging materials, and other raw materials for product innovation and cost optimization.
- Prepare detailed product specifications, technical sheets, costing sheets, and development records for all new products
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain sample materials, quotations, technical information, and development support within the required timelines
- Monitor product development schedules and follow up on pending activities to ensure samples are developed and submitted as per customer deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of development activities, sample status, approvals, revisions, costing information, and customer feedback.
- Work with the production team during the transition from development to bulk manufacturing, ensuring all approved specifications and requirements are clearly communicated.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
