Job Summary
We are hiring a target-driven Business Development Manager to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling and field work
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Achieve sales targets within deadlines
- Identify new business opportunities
- Promote financial products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business/Marketing/Finance preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years experience in sales/BDM
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Banking/finance experience is an added advantage
- Willingness for field work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
