About the Role
We’re looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Expert with strong hands-on experience in planning, managing, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns.
You will be responsible for generating high-quality B2B leads, improving campaign performance, and maximizing ROI for our IT and software development services.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Google Search, Display & Performance Max campaigns
- Remarketing & audience targeting
- Keyword research & competitor analysis
- Ad copy creation & campaign optimization
- Conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4 & GTM
- Monitoring CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions & ROI
- Budget management & bidding strategies
- Negative keyword optimization
- A/B testing for ads, keywords & landing pages
- Campaign performance analysis & reporting
- Lead generation funnel & landing page optimization
Key Skills We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / PPC
- Experience in B2B Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Search Ads & conversion-focused campaigns
- Keyword research, bidding strategies & audience targeting
- Campaign optimization and performance analysis
- Experience with GA4, GTM, Google Search Console & Looker Studio
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage budgets, targets, and campaigns
- Good communication and reporting skills
