About the Role
We are seeking an experienced BRD & SRD Specialist to convert business ideas, workflows, operational requirements, and process discussions into professional, structured, and development-ready documentation.
The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business operations and translating them into detailed functional specifications that can be directly used by software development, UI/UX, testing, and project management teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Prepare Software Requirement Documents (SRD).
- Develop Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Create user stories, use cases, workflows, and process diagrams.
- Define business rules, validations, permissions, and system logic.
- Document dashboards, reports, notifications, alerts, and automation workflows.
- Create detailed module specifications for web and mobile applications.
- Review business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Maintain documentation version control and change management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience preparing BRD, SRD, and FRD documents.
- Strong understanding of software development processes.
- Ability to analyze business workflows and system requirements.
- Experience creating user journeys, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation
