RESPONSIBILITES
- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Manage multiple Instagram profiles.
- Create content calendars and schedule daily posts and reels.
- Confidently appear in and create short-form video content (Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, etc.) for the company's social media channels.
- Create content scripts and coordinate video publishing.
- Research trends and implement new content ideas.
- Coordinate video recording, basic editing, and publishing of reels.
- Maintain marketing trackers, reports, and campaign documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 0–1 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is preferred. Training will be provided.
- Willingness to learn new marketing tools and technologies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and other social platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
- Experience scheduling content using social media management tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
- Experience running Meta Ads campaigns.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
