PressureJet Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Coordinator / Customer Support Executive to handle customer calls, sales enquiries, back-office coordination, and customer data management.
The candidate should be good in communication and preferably have experience or understanding of machines, pumps, industrial products, manufacturing, or technical customer support, so they can handle machine-related customer calls properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls on the sales central number.
- Understand customer requirements and route enquiries to the sales/service team.
- Maintain enquiry records, customer master data, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, and internal teams.
- Support email drafting, MIS reports, customer feedback, and documentation.
- Do basic payment follow-up as guided by Sales/Accounts.
Required Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, front desk, or back-office support.
- Manufacturing / machinery / technical product background preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, WhatsApp, and basic computer work.
- Candidate should be polite, disciplined, accurate, and strong in follow-up.
- Freshers with good communication and interest in technical coordination may also apply.
Qualification
Graduate in any stream.
Technical diploma or mechanical/product knowledge will be an added advantage.
