Job Title: Senior Tele Caller
Location: Dadar, Mumbai (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential donors on behalf of the NGO
Explain NGO initiatives and encourage donation contributions
Handle and manage daily tele calling operations of the team
Support, guide, and mentor junior tele callers for better performance
Monitor team calling productivity and assist in achieving targets
Handle escalated donor conversations and difficult objections
Maintain call records, team reports, and daily performance tracking
Coordinate with management regarding team performance and improvements
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th PassMandatory 2+ years of telecalling experiencePrior team handling/leadership experience preferred
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Team management and leadership skills
Good objection-handling capability
Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
Professional telephone etiquette
Salary / Benefits
Salary: 25000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in telecalling/customer calling is mandatory
Experience managing or guiding a telecalling team preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
