Job Title: Receptionist cum Telecaller
Job Brief
We are looking for a professional and well-spoken Receptionist cum Telecaller to serve as the face and voice of our company. You will manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, and handle outbound telecalling to generate leads, follow up with clients, and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate must possess an elegant professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients warmly upon arrival.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Maintain tidy upkeep of the reception area to ensure a great first impression.
- Manage office couriers by receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail.
- Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate administrative calendars.
Telecalling & Sales Support Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads or existing customers.
- Explain product/service features using predefined company scripts.
- Generate appointments and qualify active leads for the sales team.
- Update CRM software with accurate customer profiles and logs after every call.
- Achieve daily call targets or reach weekly customer follow-up metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma, 12th pass, or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in front desk management, telecalling, or customer service.
- Languages: Complete fluency in English and Hindi (or relevant regional languages).
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong telephone etiquette, active listening, and a resilient, polite attitude
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
